We try to ship all products within 24 hours! USPS First Class is the preferred shipping method as it's the most economical for our customers, but we do offer other shipping options.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES - We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We will gladly exchange or return any item with the exception of lingerie. Returns/exchanges MUST have the tags attached and/or be in the original condition & packaging and must be within 15 days of purchase. There are no returns or exchages on customized products. **We do one complimentary exchange on sizes for clothing**

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on any return.

SHIP TIMES - Most packages will arrive at their destination within 2-5 business days when choosing First Class Mail (within the continental US). Priority Mail can be chosen if wanting a little more assurance of it's arrival between 2-3 days. UPS can also be chosen (usually better for heavier items) but must be addressed to a physical address as UPS doesn't deliver to PO Boxes.
